Set in the heart of the city of Zagreb, the Palace Hotel is the oldest hotel in Zagreb and still retains much of its fine heritage and old world charm. Opened in 1891, the new annexe was completed in 1987 at the same time as the older part was fully restored. The main Central Square is a 10 minute walk away and the various galleries, museums and the Croatian National Theatre are very close. A tram stops outside the hotel and there are also private taxis available from the hotel.
